8/5 updates: Sewer boss has been added(Giant Octopus)

- Added improved designs & display for coins - Enemy clear bonus is now proportional to coins gained on the level - Coin loss on restart now includes all coins gained from the level

More character artwork, this time in a powered up state. I'm really happy with how these came out! :)
