A Few Changes

I made a few changes to the game based on feedback and bugs I noticed. Nothing major.

Changes:

  • Changed the solids object description.

  • Changed the box object description.

  • Added a “skip” button to the tutorial.

  • Changed the highlight color in the menus options to make it a different color than the background.

  • Changed the running controls so that you only press SHIFT once to toggle between walking and running.

  • Made it so that if you try to enter the door before collecting all the keys, a note appears explaining that you must collect all of the keys first.

Bug Fixes:

  • When you complete the last level in test mode, the Level Complete screen said that you completed the level before that.

  • If you died while standing on the door, you were allowed to enter the door.

Note
If you re-download the game, make sure you transfer the “GameSave” file to the new game folder in order to maintain your game progress. If you created any levels, you should also transfer the “CreateLevels” folder.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Regular exercise is key for healthy wings.

Try it out!

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
