The first 3 screenshots are of "hologram" devices that each reveal a part of the Fedoramaniac's backstory. They will only function if you have the amount of Hour Fragments indicated on the front.
This is where your ending will be affected. You can change it by choosing to interact with all of the machines, or none of them (so you don't have to restart the game lol).
...and then there's the last screenshot. What could be happening there?

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.
