Your intrusive thoughts don't define you as a person. You are not your thoughts, don't beat yourself up over it. And I promise, things will get better! You won't have those thoughts forever!
I suffer from them due to PTSD and other mental illness, so if anyone needs to reach out to someone who can relate feel free to :D
