After days of unstoppable procrastinating, the settings menu is finally done!

Finally done with the fourth island, so time to work on the UI once again.

Added a new popup to notify about new Star Fairy visitors in the menu's background. Some visitors will show up if you get at least an A rank on some stages.

Anyone up for some treasure tracking? There's treasure capsules everywhere, hidden from plain sight... or... are they?

Welp, I have been procrastinating (again) but I'm taking a break from working on the stages and working on the mini-games now. This is one of them.
