This demo includes only the first island, the first 8 stages of the game.

Balls n' Stars made its return with a shiny new sequel, pay another visit to the Hoshi Archipelago as you tackle even more star-smashing challenges.

About

Balls n' Stars 2 brings back the strategic physics platform puzzle hybrid with new features.

  • New and returning gimmicks to enhance or hinder your gameplay

  • A new aiming system, better optimized for controllers and even touchscreen

  • Rank medals will replace criteria stars from the first game for evaluating your performance in each stage

  • Impress Star Fairies throughout the archipelago through the new reputation system to make them visit your island

  • Achievements and challenges, making sure all your efforts matter

Finally done with the fourth island, so time to work on the UI once again.

Added a new popup to notify about new Star Fairy visitors in the menu's background. Some visitors will show up if you get at least an A rank on some stages.

Finally, got something to share. I thought implementing this mechanic won't be easy, but color me impressed.

And yes, the fourth island is themed after autumn / fall.

So, 3 out of 4 settings section are done and there's only one more to work with, the Controls section.

Now working on some more modification to the Settings screen, including giving each sub-screen a consistent color scheme (the Apply button being green is intentional) and adding more component to each sub-screen.

I'll work on the Controls screen later on.
