Ah-ha!

Ok! NPC's can now be taken Underground and left there without them ceasing to exist.

They're still able to move around and do whatever actions they want.
Even added a Static Shader over the Minimap since it doesn't work Underground!


Now to figure out if I want/need all NPC's to be persistent or just Lore-related ones. I could just make it so RNG ones refuse to go Underground (or only make them persistent while in the Underground.

I...I think the Fish Pond is working...

It's not as good as when the player fishes, but NPC's can now fish in Fishponds. I need to set up some more variables to get the bobber to bob and to let them be able to cast the line.

Also animate the water...maybe add shader?

That's tomorrows job.
