ScorpianCode's Inner Mind

Ahah, so the first log.

You’ll quickly find that I am of a humorous sort of developer. But right now, I’m kind of stuck with a big white spinning cube on a horrendously ugly background. (Attachment). But alas, I am not going to be making this game purely off of a spinning cube. That wouldn’t be very fun, would it?

SO

I am going to scrounge my mind to see what sort of ugly monstrosities I can find. They probably won’t have a name, either. Let’s go into the mind of the ScorpianCode.

"Our work is never over" they said.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

Made my first ever animation.

not the greatest house, but it's a house! :D

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)

We're knee deep in multiple large features and "game feel". Quick peek behind the scenes in this weeks Dev Blog: https://bit.ly/2QmmaQM

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
