An Update on Cowl's Mod and Where We're Going Next

Cowl's Mod was a very important project to us. It helped us get something out that we were proud of, and wanted to keep updating and improving over time. Cowl's Mod is over a year old now, and we've officially decided to call it finished.

What's Next For Studio 68?

Next, we plan to work on our second actual game, and it will be a major improvement and step from our first.

Our next project is a survival horror game, taking inspiration from Rust, Minecraft, and even Pillar Chase on Roblox, with small bits of inspiration from Red Dead Redemption 2, Fire Watch, and FTF: Ironbark Lookout, with small references to games we like such as Half Life 2, Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod, Grand Theft Auto V, and SnowRunner.

We hope to get this project out for very early beta testing by mid-end of July. We don't even have a name for this project yet, but we know it's what we want to do.

There will be different kinds of structures around each map, such as fire towers, at least 1 small abandoned town, log cabins, and more.

We hope you enjoy what we make next.

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

a drawing I did because I was bored😪. But I love how it turned out.😊

If you have more of an acquired taste, the restaurants in Niravasi have you covered! Maybe skip the salad bar, though.

My D&D art for my family so far (WIP if you couldn't tell)
