Team Fortress Future will not be a mod, or playable in any form. It's a collection of written content and artwork made by talented creators in the TF2 community who I have directed and commissioned.
Team Fortress 2 is my favourite game, possibly ever. I have 2,200+ hours in the game, 200+ more in Team Fortress 2 Classic, and I've played since 2013. And Team Fortress Future is my attempt to express my (many) ideas for it in an entertaining format.
I have recently decided to dedicate a lot more money to TFF, commissioning more incredible artists for it, because I'm confident that what is being made could make a huge impact on the community when it's revealed.

pawelfx: Will EVERYTHING be illustrated? Like all weapon stats and such?
Answer: All weapons for TFF have a design, name, stats, etc. They all make sense, have a unique gimmick, and obey by the new class balance and some rules I put in place. Basically as much as I can do without involving 3D content.
