Soooo, the lack of any devlogs in almost a year is simple:
Firstly, I got a job, like a full time job and sadly I don't have as much time as I had back then.
Secondly, the PC I builded myself had a faulty GPU (which caused it to blackscreen all the time) and figuring that it was the problem, getting a refund and ordering a new one took 3 months.
Now I still don't have much free time, but it won't stop me from finally finishing what I started.
And now for the devlog part:
Updates from last time:
Main Menu (only Start Game, Settings and Quit works for now)
Finished lore (like the entire lore is now just waiting to be unfold; also I must brag about how I managed to get rid of all the plotholes, yay)
Minor code changes
Working on:
Dialog System (as you might've already saw)
Writing quests and designing levels
Item System
Will later focus on:
Characters
Saving System (this will be such a pain)
Extras (fnaf type)
Music (for now I have one track for teaser trailer)
Just so you know: my soft deadline for release is the end of this year, but as I know myself and my great tendency to abandon projects; it might be not final, but we'll see.
For now I'm focusing on main gameplay, writing quests and as last time, having fun developing.
I can't promise future devlogs will be more frequent (because of my job, duh) but any major progress will be posted here.
