New Mode: Cursed
In addition to the previous "Custom" mode, there's now a new mode. The gameplay is more or less the same, however, you can't choose the difficulty level like in "Custom" mode.
There are the following features:
New enemy "Sally"
The points that the player must collect are red instead of blue and no longer glow in the dark.
The pitch of the sound that is played every time the player collects a point is lower.
There's a new ambient sound.
Sprinting is disabled.
The flashlight flickers.
The player blinks every few seconds.
Every now and then the flashlight fails and can't be switched on for a few seconds.
The security cameras are offline.
The only enemy that is active in this mode is Sally. How does she work? Find out for yourself!
Quality updates
Flashlight
The flashlight model has been replaced by a smartphone model.
The sound that plays when the flashlight is switched on or off has been changed.
The flashlight now moves smoothly behind the player rotation with a short delay to make it more realistic.
Ingame UI
The old UI in the top left corner has been moved to the smartphone screen.
Balancing updates
The spawn rate of Snappy has been reduced.
The spawn rate of Lexy has been increased.
The time between Lexys scans has been increased.
The spawn rate of the security cameras has been increased.
The cooldown to play a sound at the security cameras has been increased.
The continuous sanity loss has been reduced.
The sanity loss while the flashlight is switched off has been increased.
The sanity loss while being chased by Snappy has been reduced.
Other updates
After starting the game, a warning is now displayed.
