Hey everyone, welcome to the first devlog of Beyond The Path. Since this is the first devlog of the game, i will start telling you the current state in the developement and what the game is about. Currently, the character has a proper movement, ground check (checks if the player is touching the ground so you cant fly by spamming the jump button) and the game has a user interface (still working on a pause menu), a level selector and a main menu. Game is still in an early developement stage but after i make an enemy ai, i will upload an alpha version as soon as i can. Now i want to talk about what the game will be like. I haven't decided about the story yet but there will be 90 levels (which i will be adding to after the full release) with 6 various themes each with 15 levels and 3 bosses. The worlds (as i mentioned earlier as themes) are The Forest, Ruins, Desert, Ice Land, Swamp and Deep Mines. Like i said in the description, the game will have multiplayer up to 3 players but later on, i will add a 4th player. This is it for the first devlog of Beyond The Path and thank you so much for supporting the process by being a part of the community. Stay tuned and see you in the next devlog.
