Hi folks,
the html5 competetive board game has just been released online. Work your way through six boards with a small team of heroes, battle strange monsters, drink potions and kill stuff! And if you make it to the exit with more points than the a.i.’s heroes, you might just make it onto the online leaderboard (so make sure you give yourself a good team name, or there’ll just be dozens of folk named ‘Player One’).
The two player mode is ‘hotseat’ only (as I’ve yet to figure out that ‘Multiplayer’ malarkey), and the game is best played in Chrome or Firefox (internet explorer may explode and take your face off). It might also be possible to play the game on some mobile devices, though after an 8 hour struggle I’ve given up trying to get the bally thing to work on my ipad. I’ll try and make it more accessible in future downloads.
If anyone has any suggestions for improvements, or encounters any bugs then please let me know. I’m hoping to add many more features if the game isn’t hated by everyone (otherwise I might just spend the next few years cowering in a box instead), including a three player mode, special powers, and lots more boards.
