Bring it multi, maybe


I’m in the early stages of testing out the engine in GLBasic, meaning Linux and Apple ports!

But I have to create a voxel renderer still, since it’s built into Evaldraw, but I’ve got one planned out.

So far I’ve been translating code from the current version to GLBasic. Some things are working well, others are a little buggy as this screenshot shows.

Maps get read fine though.

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
