Essentially the title. I'm not going to list all missing characters, because only 3 have been rendered. So instead, I'll just list the harder-to-find ones which might just be glossed.

The characters

Champ and Chump (scrapped)

• They came from One Week at Flumpty's, a scrapped game. But these are new characters that would've appeared in it

Empty Bempty (easter egg)

• He does absolutely nothing, but look at how cute it is!

Mummy Beaver (scrapped)

• Another OWAF character that got dumped, it's still an interesting rendition of what Beaver would've looked like without ONAF 3 (so without becoming Beavowl)

Pumpty (in-game)

• It doesn't move, but it's present in all three games. Why is it smiling like that though-

Blind Monster (scrapped)

• This is the only scrapped character in the series worth considering. There are others, like a literal guy named "some guy" or Ronald McDonald. This was a character the dev always considered putting, but never did even if he wanted to
