Cheat code for The Vendor

So I figured it’s been a while now, and some of you who’ve played through the game might not even have looked at the full credits roll (shame on you…) where the code is exposed. So for you—and for new players—here’s the cheat code to get three alternate character skins in The Vendor: they’re very fun, I promise!

  • Start a new game

  • When the blue logo appears on the white background, press and keep holding the following buttons in the following order:

  1. Down (default Arrow Down)

  2. Interact (default Z)

  3. Menu (default X)

When you hear a “horror” scream, the code has been accepted and you can let go. Have fun, and remember to check the different gender options.

The future of The Vendor

A sneak peek Work on the expanded version of the game is coming along great, and I thought I’d start to share some details with you people. So here’s a sneak peek of the work-in-progress desert city:

New fanart for The Vendor I received a new piece of fanart for the vendor from *theadellie *(wants to keep her portfolio secret) which you can see below. It’s so cute :D

Strange Umbrella

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Call it 'wrong turn'!🚫 The feeling of running into a house with only one exit🚪, and being doomed to die. #pixelart #pixelartist #pixelartwork #art #pixel #indiegame #IndieGameDev #indieartist

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

I worked so hard to get all four of them to the end safely, but then...

Explosive domino effect

Out of boredom and curiosity, I coded Sailor Jupiter's Argentine Backbreaker.
