Coup Beta 0.2 Released


It took us a long time, but we are back developing Coup, with a shiny new version:

  • Added ambience sounds

  • Added water fountains sounds

  • Added a sound while changing clothes

  • Added textures all over the map!

  • Added trash bins, dumpsters and street lamps

  • Added a medikit, found in a trash bin (usable by pressing E)

  • Added audio settings

  • Added mouse sensitivity settings

  • Improved spectator UI, which can now be toggled by pressing F11

  • Improved smoke bomb’s smoke

The server list I promised a while back isn’t here yet, and I have to find a clean and nice way of implementing it, before I can publish it, in the meanwhile, if you really want to play with someone else, you could hop on the brand new discord server

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
