Progress of Green Hill Act 1

I have a lot of time tomorrow so I'll work on this more.

Engine update. The engine code that I was using until recently was starting to get pretty weird, so I moved to a framework that I'm currently developing. In addition to that, I made some changes to Sonic's abilities.

That THING is not sonic

I used the engine from S3R is GSE because ABSE physics was so weird.
