Well, it's pretty clear this devlog shows that a dialogue system has been made.
There's a lot of beta stuff, and more are expected to change.
Dialogue portraits for NPCs, Voices, and new functions etc etc
By far, this will be apart of atleast next week (or sooner)'s Update.
