Development of UM 0.2.0

Hello and happy Halloween to everyone!

There's nothing really global at this article to show, but I wanted to tell you some plans for the future!

Four shades of Underground: a small event

I was working actively but I've noticed something: my progress was kinda chaotic, because I did things not by order (for example, I was redrawing some minor characters' sprites from Ruins and then jumped straight to Hotland part and so on). And here came a thought: what if I make some kind of an event plan for me to work and for you to observe?

From now on I'll be working by location order. That means I will put all my energy into Ruins part, then Snowdin, then Waterfall and Hotland.

And when one of the locations will be almost "complete", I'll make a post about it featuring three things:

  • an in-game screenshot;

  • a background piece;

  • a character sprite.

Sounds good, right? That way you'll see a random moment, a random background and a random character's design revealed.

With such an attitude you'll clearly see what percent of an update is finished and I'll manage to optimize my work better!

That's it for now. Stay determined ❥

I keep changing everything to fit the new style. Here are some items! A few you've seen, a few you've not!

The amount keeps growing, huh... I wonder if there could be a place to gather all of them... no hints intended ;)
