DEVELOPMENT UPDATE: 3/11/2023

Development has hit a sort of dead zone the past few months due to most of the dev team being inactive dealing with their own life stuff. Development will hopefully be picking back up in the next couple months, and we are looking at finally releasing the Airborne Altar Demo at SAGE 2023.

In the meantime, the game was recently shown in the Sonic Fangames First direct, and a few members of the development team, myself included, have been uploading more footage of Act 1 to give a better impression of how the game will play and be structured.

SONIC CALAMITY CAST ANNOUNCEMENT----------

After months of writing and putting this all together, I am proud to announce Calamity's voice cast.

A little WIP taste

SAGE Update The SAGE demo is complete! It is building as I am typing this, after which I will be submitting it to the SFGHQ showcase. The demo will also be available here, but I will not be uploading it until SAGE starts on August 25th.

Sonic Calamity updates: moved to Unity HDRP for better visuals, and it's going to be built with its own engine, Calamity Engine.

This Satuday we invite to watch another #speedpainting of our artist Daniel Faiad.

How great is this scene of #Pecaminosa?

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity

Today I was setting up the location of the first boss. His name is "Father" and he is the first of the Patagonians. His task is to guard the road to the House.🛡🗡 Bookmark pre-launch page🔖🔖🔖
