Devlog!
And this time, with some pretty good progress done!
Improved Killstreak mechanic
This mechanic has been reworked a bit to make it more interesting and challenging.
Now, instead of only having to finish off 3 enemies to make the Reaper go away, the player will have to kill enough to fill up a constantly decreasing meter.
Alongside that, there was also a new intro animation added to the Reaper and a new OST was composed to go along with all of this!
Gun types and characteristics
All gun's special characteristics (except for the laser gun) are done.
Like it was mentioned in the game's description, guns with different colors will gain different properties.
The green guns have a poison effect that slows down enemies.
The purple properties will vary depending on the type of amo.
And the red ones will do x2 more damage AND cause most enemies to burn.
General status
As of right now, I'm setting up things for the game's playtesting phase, cuz I wanna make sure the game's foundation is solid and works perfectly.
All I needa do to start playtesting is to make the different properties for the items and finish the game's intro section.
