Devlog 8/28/24: Where's the update?

So where is the update?

Well in short, I've been busy with life.

And in a longer explanation: A couple things happened.

First off I realized while testing that the main thing the update contained content wise was.... not good? It was alright but it was very monotonous and poorly planned so I canned the idea and am currently gonna put together something else. It might be even less content but I'd rather this than whatever the fuck I was doing previously. Might re-use that idea for a different game and think it out better.

Secondly, last week life got busy and I was doing too many things at once so I got burned out and haven't even touched the project for a few days. Probably by the end of the week I'll get back to working on things and testing shit.

I'm still partially burnt out so when I do get back to the project I will just be chipping away at it rather than making strides. Maybe this will teach me to not put on such a workload and to think out some stuff more kek
