Due to the rules I haven't done this until now, but I have fixed the issues which affect the ending of my Xena project as follows:

1: caps villager requests at one each
2: buffs Xena to more appropriate levels
3: nerfs Ares to more manageable levels

Also, here's a portion of the LootLocker script that I'm using for leaderboard connections. I'm planning to release it for public use after the jam is over.

This is Gabrielle and Xena in a retro, SNES-era sprite format for the mini-RPG project that I'm working on. My graphic designer is an expert on the show and is going to include scriptwriting duties on top of this.

A few screenshots from my in-progress indie RPG Advent Heroes. I'm going for a mature vibe with elements inspired by other games (both modern and retro) which influence the battle system, bosses, scenarios and other parts of the game experience.

I decided to use the scenarios from the movie one of which is perfection itself, the graboids get more sensitive the more together you are wink wink.

Animating those graboid arms was a heck of fun! hope you enjoy it!

The designs for Ares, minions and villagers are in for my mini-RPG, and I've implemented a top 10 player list for my high score system.

Did you know? The Horror Forest level of our game is based on the Felix the Cat 1988 movie. The trees and slime was referenced to the scene where Felix meets the old dwarf guy. This level was also inspired by Thriller Bark saga of One Piece, zombies + BG.

Quick question on character design. I have assets that are abstract art versions of Xena, Gabrielle, Ares and a few minions, and I need to check against likeness and asset matters for the purpose of the game jam. EDIT: Added the relevant title image.

Battler designs for Ares and the minions are done and the game is complete! Also, since my initial upload I redid the legal slides in the splash sequence so the download count will be off by at least three due to how GameJolt handles this matter.

Congrats to the winners and congrats to ALL participants. The games entered in this jam were AMAZING & incredibly hard to judge. Game Jolt staff will reach out to the winner via the email associated with their Game Jolt account!

So

i may or may not make an full art of some person or i may just leave this like that-
