EMCN 3.2: EMCN'S NEW HARDEST MODE


Welcome to version 3.2 of Extras Menu Custom Night! This version balances a bit with Scott's Crew so they behave better, especially when playing Extras Ensemble. Also, in this update, the player can enable or disable some of Scott's Crew as they please while Pro Mode is enabled. This is just to give player's an easier chance to build up to the final challenge, making it more accessible. I also, for fun, made some characters quicker as during testing for Extras Ensemble, I noticed there were a lot of times where nothing was happening. To compensate, the worst task has been made a bit more tolerable. I put a ton of effort into making Scott's Crew work. They're one of the more unique mechanics I have ever made and it was real challenge to get them to work. I just hope you guys play this new mode and enjoy it to your heart's content. Below are the patch notes:

  • Added "Creator Chaos" as a new preset challenge

  • Allowed the ability to enable/disable Scott's Crew members while Pro Mode is enabled

  • Evercomet, Esc Key, Haunting, KABOOM!, Block50 and Bossdrain-X now have odds determining if they should activate or not after their cooldown ends to give some of Scott's Crew a bit more randomization

  • Funtime Freddy, Nightmare Bonnie, Plushtrap and Funtime Foxy has a lower timer determining their odds, possibly meaning they can attack quicker

  • Funtime Freddy, Nightmare Bonnie, Ennard, Phantom BB, Ballora and Funtime Foxy now have lower cooldowns, meaning they'll become active again faster. For some reason, every character had a cooldown of 20 seconds. This caused a lot of empty space in max nights

  • Changed some loading screen tips

  • Moved all of the save values into one save file instead of two

  • Load times are quicker I think?

  • Fixed layering issues with Haunting's effect and KABOOM!

  • Fixed a glitch where the player was able to leave the Happiest Day minigame early

  • Fixed a glitch that made Ballora's music stop playing despite her still being active

  • Below are some changes to Phantom Puppet and their minigames:

    • Fredbear and Shadow Bonnie now move slightly faster

    • Shadow Bonnie now jumps faster

    • The player can now shoot cupcakes and the cake in Chica's minigame using the right mouse button (Spacebar is still accepted)

    • The odds deciding in which direction Spring Bonnie and The Eye look have been changed to 50/50 each to compensate for the faster speed

    • The Eye in Shadow Bonnie's minigame can now pick a direction to look while Shadow Bonnie is in the air. However, the time it takes for the eye to decide is longer than when Shadow Bonnie is on the ground

  • Below are some fixes and nerfs with the enemy Bossdrain-X:

    • Now enters the menu at a consistent speed to give the player a better chance to react

    • Can no longer make the player's mouse cursor invisible while it's trying to leave the menu

    • Can no longer make the player's mouse cursor invisible while the player is scrolling across a menu

    • Now makes a sound cue before entering to give the player a better chance to react

  • Below are some nerfs with the enemy Block50:

    • Increased the cooldown timer

    • Reduced the amount the player has to move the mouse to get rid of Block50
