So, for the most part this week, it’s been a bug hunt. Some collision code has been tweaked, some actions have been modified, and some stats have changed, so there’s not too much in the way of actual “features” for this Feature Friday. There are some, though, so don’t feel down!
Pictured above is the new Respawn platforms! The graphic is a shrunk down version of our original True Arena stage sprite, and is not the final graphic for the platforms, but the functionality is there at least. Instead of dropping straight back into the action, you have a bit of time to wait and assess the situation before dropping yourself back into the fray!
Another feature we’ve got is sound effects! Many of Hitboxie’s moves now have “voice clips” to go along with them! I can’t actually show sound effects through pictures because I am not a 1960s Batman episode, so how about a video to whet your appetite? Also included, an in-progress version of a new song!
