This is a small update, but here it is!
This update adds a new mouse cursor, enables pausing (press P), and allows you to return to the menu by pressing Escape. It also changes some behind-the-scenes stuff that will be good for those of you who want to dig around in the code.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
