Credits to @1zuku_Deku_midoria184 ...even if he doesn't use this site anymore. I COULD give context to what this is for...and I won't.

Funny how I can make a good sprite by taking a pre-existing sprite and adding to it. Funny how that works out. (I recreated the Sonic 2 sprites, they don't use the original palettes.)
