Looking back into many games out there, I realized not much effort is put into emojis and alert prompts in the game, other than it being a way to tell the player an enemy's about to attack or something like that. Some exceptions are some visual novels though like the 'OBJECTION!' and 'HOLD IT!' in the Ace Attorney games.
So, I decided to try to give my emojis some form of life to further add some emotions to my game characters. Mostly because I was bored and also because, why not? :P

My three favorite games are Metroid Fusion, Undertale and Iconoclasts. These three games are a huge source of inspiration for my latest game; an Undervania called The InBetween. :) #NationalVideoGamesDay

Happy #WIPWednesday! Are you working on a game? Making some art? Practicing a song? Something else? Tell us in the comments!
So...... Out of curiosity, I wondered... "Hey, the game's inspired by Undertale, right? So why not use one of Toby Fox's songs to see how much it rhymes."π p.s - I do NOT want to get sued, so I'd definitely change it back to its original song.π
