Good stuff and more!

Hey guys and welcome to another Dayshift Simulator Devlog! So let’s cut right to the chase, because I have few interesting topics to talk about in this devlog, so please enjoy.

Updated Game Page
If you guys haven’t noticed the game page looks a bit different than usual, it’s because I’ve finally updated the page, huzzah. Nothing says progress like slapping on a different picture and calling it new. I’ve updated the description, fixed the banners since it wasn’t transparent in Gamejolt’s Dark mode, and updated the thumbnail/header. I’ve also finally fixed the type in the title of the game, since I actually forgot to add just two words “at Freddy’s.” It has since been fixed and now the game is just called “Dayshift Simulator” while on the thumbnail and header it has been updated to “Dayshift Simulator: A Dayshift at Freddy’s fangame.” (Still thinking about how it took me 7 months to actually fix it, lol)

New Photos
Finallly some more photos to show what probably 40% of the game will be like. Some new pictures include, an accurate depiction of a Fazbender’s location, Phoney’s office, the remade off camera room, and more. The Newspaper has finally been updated as well, maybe if you give it a read you’ll find something, interesting.

Demo Update
Good news lads, more details are here! First off there will be two days in the demo, Friday and Saturday which will take place the week right before the grand reopening. While there are only two days in the demo, rest assured there will be plenty of content (and memes) probably. Also you won’t play as the blue newbie in this demo, but rather a new mysterious character. More details when the demo is close to being completed…in probably a few months.

Music
Lastly, I’ve added the Dss music on the game’s page. So far I’ve only put up two, the Menu music, and the Battle music, credits for these epic soundtracks can be found in the description. Btw I do plan to use royalty free music for the game, but I do wanna try to learn how to compose my own stuff. Though it’ll really depend on whether or not I’m patient enough to learn how and if I can somehow get more free time than what little I have at the moment. We’ll see what happens whether or not there will be original osts. Royalty free ukulele intensifies

Other thing
One last thing, Dayshift Simulator’s blue clad protagonist might have a complete design makeover soon. I plan to make him look more original, since he looks too similar to most of the other guys. More details on that soon probably. Also this might be the last devlog for a long while. I’m getting into the major parts of the demo and on top of that I’m getting more school work and other stuff. So much to the point where I don’t have that much free time left at all, but rest assured I have no plans to abandon the game no matter how busier I get, though for now it might be a while till the next “Important” devlog so… please just wait till then I’ll have it up I swear! Thanks, see you guys in the next one! (please don’t leave)

P.S. I’ve also made a Twitter recently and I might start posting there soon on my freetime. If you guys like memes, anime, cat pictures or Dss stuff then consider following me on Twitter or on Instagram. Thanks you cool cats see you in the next one!

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Levels' maps.
