Game Length
Mario's Dream 3 is of course planned to be longer than the first game, which consisted of 3 levels. However, it is not going to be as long as the second game, which was 9 levels. Expect Mario's Dream 3's main mode to be around 5 levels long. Of course, there's still extra content after that.
Game Difficulty
The first two games were nothing too challenging (besides the removed Chaos Mode from the second game, which wasn't genuinely hard and just BS hard). Although Mario's Dream 3 is planned to be a bit more challenging, I'm not exactly focused on the difficulty, so it likely won't be a super hard game.
Game Style
I've been overworking myself a lot with game development which has led to extreme burnout. So my mindset with this game is to keep the environments and animations simplistic. Hopefully keeping it simple will keep me motivated through development. Also, the game's violence is heavily toned down. The second game came off as really edgy with its violence and that likely helped with it being taken down. I also really want to cut back on violence in my games, most of the time it's unnecessary.
That's all! Expect more updates soon on Mario's Dream 3!
