Ruins - Dunes have already been completed...
in a sense.

But what do you think about rebalanced monster stats being added?

Nah, just focus on finishing rebalancing and bug fixing.

I'm interested, even though it may take longer to finish.

I don't care, just finish the game already, do whatever.
