Here's like a strategy I came up with for dealing with this challenge

Coin Farm, always keep coin farming, and if Crimson Duck is on a cam, avoid a it as much as you can, if there's a lot of coins on the cam he's on, you can be a bit risky with it and try to grab them.

Carol is fine since cuz the update she's a lot more slower now, which gives a lot of time to get coins, but still pay attention to her, just because you got more time doesn't mean you have too much to work with.

Diamond isn't too much of a problem, but he can be pretty annoying with him pretty much with you owing him rent every now and then if you know what I mean.

Sandwich Man and Fungus Man are really the hardest part, since you gotta balance between having the lights off for Fungus Man, while also still having to check the lights for sandwich guy

I dunno how long it takes for each to appear, but I might experiment around to see how long it takes

(or I could just look at the Scratch Code but it kinda feels like cheating in a way idk)

HOPEFULLY you don't get in a case where they'll pretty much be in the room at the same time, it's pretty tricky to deal with, and I've dealt with a situation like that before, and it killed my run,

FOR THE PLUSHIES

Try to get as much coins as you can, it's definitely a lot easier now compared to the previous version, but still it can be a bit of a hefty task, especially for 47 tokens(I know I called them coins but you know what I mean)

Here's the priority list for each plushie

Fungus Man - 1st - 2:00

Crimson Duck - 2nd - 3:00

Sandwich Man - 3rd - 4:00

(or you can look at the plushies from left to right to remember easier)

You gotta meet the quota for each plushie around each time, but it's always a lot wiser to get the plushies around an hour earlier so you have a lot more time to get the other plushies while also still having to deal with everyone else.
