The question is whether to release an unfinished project that might give some people a negative first impression of the game, or to wait and release it at a much later point.
October is just around the corner, and with so much happening in the horror world that month, I don't think it’s the right time for a release. So if I wait, the release will likely be pushed to mid-November.
I haven't been able to find many testers, so the balance is probably off.
There are also still a lot of features I want to include, like passive items for nights and a save system that tracks runs, not just overall progression.
I also want to overhaul the minigames to reveal story elements and make them generally more fun.
Of course, these can be patched in later.
