Just popping in to give you an update on CwG (Cooking with Greddy). The game is looking so good that I’m pretty sure if I stared at the code for more than 10 seconds, it would start reciting Latin poetry to me
The Night System: Fully done. It works so smoothly that even my PC stopped trying to self-destruct every time I hit "Play"
The Unique Mechanic: This was the one thing that almost made me sell my soul to a raccoon. It’s the heart of the game. Without it, you’re just playing a "staring at a wall" simulator
Custom Night: Yes, it’s ready. And I’m throwing down the gauntlet: I bet my entire ramen stash that nobody beats 7/20. If you pull it off, you’re not human; you’re an advanced AI fueled by pure spite and ninja reflexes
Minigames: They’re working! And they aren’t "short." I tested one and it clocked in at 7 minutes. But listen up, you jokers: it’s not a walking simulator. If I see a single comment at launch saying "Oh, it’s just a walking sim," I swear by the Spaghetti Gods I will commit a culinary massacre using nothing but a blunt plastic spoon
I still need to polish a few "basic" things:
Game Over Screens: So you can see exactly how pathetic your death was
Cutscenes: To make the story make sense (or leave you even more confused)
Voice Acting: Professional screaming and disturbing whispers
The Nightmares: Because sleep is for the weak
Secrets: So many secrets that I’ve honestly forgotten where I hid half of them
I hope from the bottom of my heart (which is currently beating in dubstep) that you guys enjoy this madness. I’ll even dare to guess a release month:
🌸 MAY 🌸
Which day? No clue. Time is an illusion, and I’m just a passenger on this train
For now, you haven't met the characters yet. But don't you worry, you beautiful people, in the next post (if it's about CwG), I’ll introduce you to these little friends of ours
