Hi everyone. With you Fade, and welcome to the devlog of the game Sonic J!

First, I'd like to introduce myself. (Read the article)

Hello. My name is Fade, and I am the Creative Director of the game.

Amazing. But it all started a year ago, when I met Sonic, with my simple suggestion to Jean to make a couple of sprites for Sonic to refresh the game. Little did I know at the time that I would fall in love with the process, and work with Jean to this day.

Now my tasks include coming up with unique design solutions, creating unique media resources and game content. And it's amazing.

Sonic J is not just another Sonic fan game, it's something that brings so many different people together. We create that will be interesting for us to play, and share it with everyone.

The title screen sheet (so far only the emblem logo) has been made. I don't know what will happen in the background yet. Maybe something like Sonic 3

Hey guys

I've been thinking of going the extra mile with this game's return, and so I thought, I'm going to release TWO demos: Final Demo and Online Physics Demo.

In general, title screen is almost complete. I have a few more things left to finish, and I can start making a sheet.

Jean will only need to transfer sprites from my sheet, encode 3D space for clouds, and animate it.

Let's make another try, shall we?

Right now, I have 6 design options for the pop-up menu. You can see it by clicking on the restart or exit buttons in the pause menu. But it can also be used for other purposes, example, for in-game notifications, an auto-save warning, etc.
