Throw It All Away and All Hail Shadow are two very epic songs, and they're Shadow's themes, but Throw It All Away is too edgy and downbeat and All Hail Shadow is too upbeat. Shadow's phase 2 in the game is planned to have a sense of urgency, a final stand for Shadow wanting to defeat his arch rival. Bury the Light fits perfectly with that. If you still don't get it, I'll reconsider my choices. This game is about making fans happy after all. But I need to add stuff I also enjoy too, or else making this game would be boring. Cya next time!

I haven't posted much because all of the work I'm doing is just optimizing. Any talk I'd do about it wouldn't be too interesting. I do have a little something though. Here's a work in progress of Knuckles' last attack
The Shadow Update coming soon!
I added 2 more extra backgrounds to the battle customization for fun. First is a playable version of the cliff seen in both the title cutscenes and the Paperverse/F3 2024 trailer. I also conjured up a Shovel Knight background
I fiiiinally added the KO stars. I wanted to do it like how Superstar Saga does it, but I settled for how the 3ds titles do it
If you didn't know already, every character is getting a unique enemy select background in the coming update! (WIP sprite is temporary)
Is there any random footage you'd like to see before the update's release? Like a battle, bounty mission, or minigame? Let me know so I can show some content for you without any long stretches of silence on my part
Here's a look at the new title screen! After pressing enter, the camera pans down to the top of Hoohoo Mountain where the character you selected is standing. After they say a voice line and pose, it transitions into the overworld
