How’s the game this month?
This month we’ve added quite a bit of sound to the game, both in terms of sound effects and music. There’s still quite a bit of tampering to do, though. We really want to nail the atmosphere in this game. We’ve also begun production on some puzzles, but these require a lot more work before they’re finished. I’d say this month has overall been productive.
Where’s the rebranding you were talking about last month?
Yeah, we’ve changed the name and that’s it isn’t it? Sorry for the delay, but getting the rebranding right has taken more time than first expected. Hopefully there’s more next month. :-)
The Code Corner
It’s about code. It’s the coder segment of the devlog. REVOLUTIONARY!!!
I asked the game’s programmer (@RocketBoyweee ) what inputs he had for the devlog. Here’s what we got, quote:
“I’ve worked on many sound effects this month, which includes sound effects for the interaction menu, inventory, doors and interactable objects as well as configuring these sounds within the code to make sure they all run properly. Besides that - not too much of a hectic month due to uni and work getting in the way.”
Nice.
