Another devlog is finally here! This time with a lot of improvements to the sprites in my game. Most of my time was spent learning how to use new programs though.

The humble beginnings of what will eventually become an inventory system. For now, it’s just a grand display of apples though.

I really thought I had "fixed it" when I posted the before and after images. How wrong I was...
Items can now be moved between inventory slots and swapped places with each other. The inventory system is slowly coming together!
