i added some new stuff

the Game doesnt like it when you try to leave the Playable Zone.

experimental tile terrain generator

currently only the height and the temperature affect the region

there is a world border for when the tile index < 1 and idk how to fix it yet so I can make the terrain endless

uses basic perlin noise, based on seed

so far, the trees only extend to early jets, but hopefully i can get to adding cold war era jets
