In this month my tester friends and I have undertaken to test the overall game, and in the meantime I have applied some changes regarding some mechanics that I will list shortly (maybe even more could change in the future)
How is the game overall?
It turned out well for me, I'm proud of all the work done so far, even the testers seem to like it a lot (even if it's incomplete). The only "problem" of this game in my opinion is the fluctuating difficulty: the game does not grow in difficulty gradually, but it has ups and downs as you go along, it's not really a defect, but perhaps it ruins the linearity of the game.
What do I need to finish the game?
Essentially the final part which however has a lot of sprites, not to mention that I will soon have my final exams and until July I will have to study like crazy, therefore the production will be slowed down or possibly stopped.
What's missing after the final part?
Lots of other stuff: the shop, the minigames (shop and lore), the Custom mode, the endless mode and other things that I don't remember at the moment, the base game is complete but all the extra stuff that makes up the other half of the game is missing game in practice.
Game release?
The release of the game could be further postponed but given the situation I think it could come out around the end of the year (actually I hope a few months before like October or November)
