Again it’s one in the morning, and this time I’m just writing for the sake of getting things out in the open, at least from a personal standpoint: I hate being vague.
Really, I do. It’s something that I’ll never really enjoy doing, because it makes my claims seem really empty not only to you, but to me as well. The whole reason that I rushed out a rather unfinished version of Starfire though is because I miscalculated when I would be done, and felt obligated to stick to that deadline. This time around, I want to make the game right, for me, and for everyone interested. I’ve been playing it with friends and people who I know understand elements of gameplay that I never even think about, and they gave me some really solid ideas as to how I can improve this game, and I want it to work. However, I don’t want to rush it either, so for now, I can’t give out a final release date, or any sort of timeframe for the game. It’s just too early on.
I hope people can sympathize with me when I say that I don’t want to have the deadline be too soon.
