Have you notice that Pandora ,Undying, Henry and god have their bodies look mutilated? It is because that they could be victims To the cult. that's why there are Chains on Pandora and Undying. They were probably people who got kidnapped by cult and his members then they brutally killed them for a sacrifice which explains why there is a knife in god's skull. the reason why they did the ritual is a mystery but it can possibly it to summon hourglass. in a cutscene we see a person with her arms being tied up with chains, it is probably Pandora. Hourglass could be summon by the cult. the illusions may or may not be from the cult. They could possibility be form the cult because in the lost ones, very few of the illusions joined with God,Undying and Henry to kill the player and in the FNATI 2017, Undying and Henry were there and undying was helping the illusions kill the player. However there is also a possibility where illusions may not be from the cult because the the illusions have theres hourglass marks on them could be meaning they came from some else.
