I have three questions, where is follower 2 because I have looked in Lost world 2 and it is not anywhere, another question I am using turbo encounters and it takes me out of the game for a while, while I am farming

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
