I'm keeping the game on blender, im having trouble with the assets because i have no idea what should be in the renders

I posted this on the wrong site
so i have this png image, i delete the alpha channel and clickteam make 2 black colors (FFFFFF and 000008) and i cant make it transparent again without deleting by hand the extra black colors, why this happens and how i can fix it?
