It could be creating a new ball, tilting the top/bottom walls, etc.
Give me some suggestions of stuff that you'd like to see!
I'm looking at having ones activate automatically when the ball hits it and being able to store certain ones as "one-time use abilities."

I'm starting to work on like "Ability Boxes" which causes effects to happen when the ball hits it. More in the article.
(Also try taking a guess what the one in the screenshot would do!)
