I small patch for the test build is out!


Changes:

Restructured the ui (not visually).

Added a "Can't Afford!" message in the upgrade menu.

Most of the small things that come in the patch is setting up the next update. I have about one or two more patches to go for this build before my bug list is depleted but I'll probably throw in a few new things in to the patch as well.

Anyway not super important but still thought I should post something about it.
