I literally wrote to the main creator of the game (Nikita kolesnikov). actually on the role I fit. but unfortunately the stage of the game at the moment does not require a specialist like me (sad), requires a different 3d sphere of direction. The good thing is that he really likes my work, it follows from his old comments about me, so the chances are still high to get on the team.
but as soon as needed, he will write to me. I'm afraid by that time I will already be working in another studio, on this sad.
but also with another studio so far everything is difficult. either I am not answered, or do not like my location, or not enough experience specifically in the 3d sphere, or very detailed work on unity. (and I hate unity :((((( it's very uncomfortable for me...)
(and somewhere... I will have to work on a project that is a platformer, in which the main characters are pregnant women and... I'll have to act as a game designer... uh, noooo)
Another story. 1 person suggested me as a replacement, because he was tired of working on some cases (and no time, he have some problems), he actually recommended me, I'm pretty good for this role, but the problem is that they are more comfortable working with that person, they literally gave him more time.
and they're on a tight budget, so they don't want to risk hiring me as a stranger.
I've been looking for a job for almost 4 days, I've hardly eaten, hardly slept. filling out endless websites, endlessly trying to get through, trying to get through connections, but it's all so hard....
I also started to ask very much from people who already work or helped to eliminate the work. apparently I just have no luck, but just now studios do not need people. either they need super pros, or no one.
Indie projects are an interesting thing, but it's just as hard to find one.
Because you don't know about them, and the only people who can talk about you are those who are already working, but the place is taken. lol.
I guess I'll have to start learning unity, or lower the rate of myself as a specialist (And this is price dumping, which I condemn as much as possible).
