I've been working on this RPG maker project for a while now.
And while I don't think ill have a full demo ready for a little bit, I wanted to do a little bit of a showcase of the hand drawn world of Greyscale : Mirror World Anomaly
Next up
Sorry for not posting in a while. I've just been caught up in the awful world known as mild burnout.
But here's a bit of a thread of some of the neat new parts of the game I've been working on. Such as the next dungeon and the second optional boss!
Got another progress update. Dungeon 2 is nearing completion and is definitely shaping up to be the most stressful scenario to playthrough thus far. I wont have a next major demo up for a good while however, but it definitely should happen next month.
The game has been updated to Version 1.0.2. Lots of random bugs got squashed this update thanks to some of y'all reporting them :D
Its been quite a while but I'm proud to announce the last major update for greyscale (for the foreseeable future ^^;)
There's quite a lot new that's been added, but much of the changes have been new lots of new content, New Game+, and tons of rebalances.
This is a general #UnrealEngine tool, not specifically for the Mega Man project. It can copy the data from ANY Blueprint or C++ UPROPERTY variable, and copy it back to any compatible variable. Could lead to making Save States for Rollback Netcode.
So most of the meat and bones of Demo 2 are finished. some drawings withstanding.
I am going to be spending some time polishing the opening of the game to something smoother and less awkward.
Here's some highlights so far of the progress.
Still a WIP, but custom battle animations are now in the works. Thought it would be neat to spice it up by having the misfits really draw out some new skills ;)
Seal Island Intro! For #ScreenshotSaturday!
New Content -
New Boss
True Rapture and True Deaths Door Skills
added Addition to NG+ exclusive ending
Changes -
Orb of Judgement no longer held by The Slugger Bugfixes -
New Game+ works correctly now. (Yeah took 6 months to fix sorry in hindsight)
